Kellie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and founder of KE Investigations Ltd. With over 25 years' experience, Kellie advises clients and their legal counsel on complex forensic accounting matters and investigations.
Kellie's Story
Kellie specialises in fraud investigations working on behalf of clients and their legal counsel. Preparation of clear reports and statements are key factors in any successful investigation and forensic accounting matter. Kellie excels in the preparation of such documents along with interviewing, management and review of records including accounting records, bank statements, transactional data, emails, audit papers and company records. Kellie also assists with litigation matters, which are often high profile and/or sensitive.
Kellie began her accountancy career in audit before specialising in forensic accounting from 2003 working in private practice and the Serious Fraud Office. Kellie has significant experience in criminal and corporate investigations and is also experienced in actions held in the London High Court, Chancery Division and ICC Arbitration, London. These cases included fraud and misrepresentation matters, the evaluation and quantification of damages for breach of warranty and contract claims and wasted costs claims. Kellie is also experienced in ancillary relief proceedings, has given evidence in Court and been commended in the judgment.
